Help Us Maintain One of the Nicest Hotels in Norfolk! At the Fairfield/TownePlace by Marriott, we take pride in delivering a clean, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every guest. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a professional team. This position plays a critical role in guest satisfaction and helps maintain the high standards our guests expect from the Hampton by Hilton brand. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Pride in quality workmanship Reliability and punctuality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay organized Good time management skills Ability to follow procedures and quality standards Basic computer skills for housekeeping assignments and room boards What You'll Do Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock assigned areas Deliver guest supplies and amenities as needed Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel Follow daily room assignments and housekeeping boards Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Help ensure every guest receives a clean, comfortable room Why Join Our Team?
