Hotel Housekeeper

Join our team at Hampton Inn Ogallala as a Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests throughout the hotel. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure guests have a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms following hotel standards and procedures. Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean windows, and replenish supplies in public spaces. Report any damaged equipment or repairs needed to the maintenance team promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is necessary. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and properly. Assist guests with inquiries politely and professionally, reflecting the Hampton Inn brand. Follow all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties. Requirements Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Good communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused attitude. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
