Position Overview Best Western Plus Ogallala is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience of our property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and is committed to delivering a clean, comfortable, and consistent stay for every guest. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas in accordance with Best Western brand standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and quality expectations prior to guest arrival Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Must be dependable and punctual Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required What We Offer Paid Time Off (PTO) On-site training and development Employee discounts (including hotel stays) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your application online or apply in person at Best Western Plus (110 Pony Express Ln, Ogallala, Nebraska).
