Position Summary Cleansin Cleaning LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments in apartment communities, commercial buildings, and common areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing exceptional cleaning services while representing our company professionally. Job Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces Dust windowsills, baseboards, ledges, and flat surfaces Clean mirrors, glass doors, and partitions Clean hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, and common areas Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies Pick up exterior trash and debris Sweep sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and dumpster areas Report maintenance and safety concerns Take photos of issues requiring attention Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures Maintain professional interactions with residents, staff, and clients Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals Smartphone capable of taking photos and communicating with supervisors Preferred Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred Experience cleaning apartment complexes, office buildings, or government facilities preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Leadership or team lead experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Positive work environment Consistent commercial contracts Performance-based advancement What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Reliable Honest Professional Detail-oriented Self-motivated Hardworking Committed to excellence Apply Today Join a company that takes pride in creating clean, professional spaces that promote comfort, confidence, and high standards.
