Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care activities such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. Qualifications Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
