Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to guarantee guest satisfaction Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and regulations Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold the property's quality standards Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed Support other hospitality functions to create a seamless and welcoming environment for all visitors Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Exceptional teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality that leaves lasting impressions!
