Stonehurst Manor, a charming 26-room Historic Boutique Hotel, is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of maintaining our establishment's pristine appearance. The primary responsibilities encompass thorough room housekeeping, coupled with the upkeep of the hotel's interior spaces, including the convenient onsite laundry room. As a key member of the Stonehurst Manor team, your responsibilities will include:

Thorough Room Housekeeping:

Ensure that each guest room is meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Interior Maintenance:

Take pride in preserving the elegance and historical charm of our hotel by regularly inspecting and attending to the upkeep of various interior spaces, such as corridors, lounges, and common areas.

Onsite Laundry Room Management:

Efficiently manage the onsite laundry room, handling the washing, drying, folding, and organization of linens, towels, and other hotel items to ensure a constant supply of clean and well-presented materials. Attention to

Detail:

Pay meticulous attention to every detail, from ensuring proper placement of furnishings to replenishing guest supplies, in order to create an exceptional and impeccable guest experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the housekeeping team to coordinate efforts and maintain consistent cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, fostering a seamless and enjoyable stay for our valued guests.

Inventory Control:

Assist in monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, promptly informing management when supplies need replenishing to ensure uninterrupted guest services.

Guest Interaction:

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor that aligns with the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service.
