Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests needs and preferences regarding cleaning services. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations during all cleaning processes. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness across all properties. Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as needed. Experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is a plus.
