Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented. Restock guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A background in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. This can be a day or evening position.
