The home is over 6,500 square feet and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The household includes two adults, their infant son, and several beloved pets. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be professional, punctual, organized, self motivated, and efficient. The family is looking for someone with a calm and friendly presence who is comfortable working in a family home, open to direction and feedback, and experienced in caring for a larger household. This person should be proactive, trustworthy, and able to notice what needs attention without constant direction. The family is seeking someone long term who can become a steady and reliable presence in the home. Key Responsibilities Full charge housekeeping for the main residence Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning Kitchen cleaning and upkeep Bathroom cleaning and upkeep Laundry, linens, folding, ironing or steaming as needed, and putting items away General household tidying and organizing Maintaining household systems and helping keep spaces orderly Running errands as needed Grocery shopping and household supply restocking Light meal preparation Light pet support as needed Noticing what needs attention and taking initiative Working efficiently to support the daily flow of a busy family home Qualifications Prior experience as a housekeeper in a large private home preferred Strong attention to detail Excellent time management and multitasking skills Organized, proactive, and self motivated Professional, punctual, and dependable Calm, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the family when appropriate Comfortable working in a home with an infant and pets Open to direction, feedback, and household preferences Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Must be comfortable running errands and grocery shopping Must be seeking a long term position Additional Details This is a 30 hour per week guaranteed position with a consistent preferred schedule.
