Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. knowledge of infection control guidance a plus. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols and procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as required or assigned by management. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in healthcare or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in industrial cleaning. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
