RESPONSIBILITIES
Including, but not limited to: Daily duties may include changing linens on residents' beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, washing mirrors and replenishing washroom supplies Responsible for emptying trash cans and cleaning air vents, furnishings, and horizontal surfaces to remove dust and dirt. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment is required. The ideal candidate will also have previous organizational experience. All other duties as assigned. SKILLS High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in long-term care or other healthcare settings is a plus. Detailed oriented with excellent follow up skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Good verbal and written communication skills Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee, resident and company proprietary information Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
