Overview Cleaning opportunity at Cobb Hill Estate event venue in Harrisville, NH. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of gathering spaces, bedrooms, and Glamping tents, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain detailed cleaning routines for kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring appliances, fixtures, and surfaces are spotless and hygienic. Care for flooring through specialized techniques like carpet cleaning and floor polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' preferences, communicating clearly, and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly. Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health standards; use cleaning products safely and effectively. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining quality standards. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with house cleaning tasks such as laundry, floor care (including carpet cleaning), and sanitation procedures. Background in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles provides valuable skills in customer service and attention to detail. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and eco-friendly products. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple homes or locations. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus but not required.
