Job Description
Overview We are seeking a second shift (2-10/3-11 PM) dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Assisting the guests needs as they arise in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms , including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist guests with request such as luggage, plumbing issues, room request needs Light maintenance capabilities and maintenance issue reporting Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and floor care techniques. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; hospitality background is a plus. Familiarity with janitorial or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
