Are you a motivated leader who enjoys helping others succeed? We are looking for a Team Lead / Trainer to join our Merry Maids team. This hands-on position combines residential cleaning with employee training and development. As a Team Lead, you will clean homes daily while leading by example and helping train new team members to meet our quality and customer service standards. Position Summary The Team Lead / Trainer plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while supporting the success of our employees. This position involves working in customers' homes each day, performing cleaning services, and providing hands-on training and coaching to new employees when assigned. Responsibilities Clean customer homes according to company standards and procedures. Train and mentor new employees through hands-on instruction in the field. Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations. Lead by example through professionalism, productivity, and quality work. Provide feedback and coaching to help new employees succeed. Assist management with monitoring training progress and identifying development opportunities. Support quality inspections and reinforce company standards. Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous residential cleaning experience preferred. Leadership, training, or mentoring experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lead by example and motivate others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and cleaning throughout the day.
