Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' privacy and preferences while delivering consistent quality cleaning. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to maximize results. Assist with light household chores such as cooking assistance or organizing as needed to enhance client satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques. Knowledge of floor care methods including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet extraction. Ability to perform sanitation tasks meticulously while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience with laundry processes and handling various fabrics with care. Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
