Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a part-time Hotel Housekeeping Associate, where your attention to detail will create welcoming and pristine environments for our guests. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and aesthetic appeal throughout the hotel. Weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently Follow established safety procedures and use proper cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation standards, privacy protocols, and guest confidentiality Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with cleaning tools, floor care equipment, and janitorial supplies is advantageous Experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation is beneficial Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not essential for this part-time role This position offers an energetic work environment where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction.
