Leaders are responsible for cleaning residential, vacation rentals and commercial businesses. Ideal candidate must be; Punctual and Detail Oriented Dependable and Trustworthy Able to work in a fast paced environment Must Be able to lead a team, manage the day and schedule and ensure all houses are cleaned to the highest standards Must have strong work ethic, attention to detail, passion for cleaning and able to problem solve when needed Responsible for maintaining equipment, supplies and making sure employees have necessary supplies for the day Must be able to work with different personalities, be supportive and train new employees as needed Must be able to problem solve, make best judgement calls and handle the team well under pressure Leaders are given gas reimbursement due to travel requirement in the Seacoast of Maine and NH Serious Inquiries Only and MUST have prior cleaning experience and strong leadership skills Why work for Clean Slate?
