Join our close-knit hospitality team at a unique, vintage-style 12-room oceanfront inn just steps from the beach. We are hiring a Housekeeping & Hospitality Team Member for a small, relaxed property with a light workload compared to large hotels . This role is ideal for someone with hotel or housekeeping experience—or someone looking to grow into hospitality long-term. Opportunity to grow into Assistant Manager. Schedule Full-time or part-time available Day shifts only : 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM NO late nights / NO overnights Flexible weekday scheduling available Weekend availability required (peak guest check-ins)

Seasonal:

May - November What You'll Do Housekeeping / room attendant duties including guest room cleaning, turnovers, and laundry (Light workload: typically 3-5 rooms per shift) Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests Support front desk operations as needed Assist with cashiering and visual merchandising in our swim shop Work as part of a small boutique hospitality team Who We're Looking For Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred , but not required Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude Comfortable with both housekeeping and guest-facing duties Someone who enjoys variety in their day and working in a small boutique property environment Why You'll Love Working Here Small 12-room inn = manageable daily workload (not a large hotel) Relaxed, supportive team environment Oceanfront location just steps from the beach Consistent day shifts (your evenings are always free) Competitive weekly pay + CASH TIPS Employee discounts at our swim shop Real opportunity to grow into Assistant Manager role How to Apply No resume required.
