• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all assigned areas are clean and maintained to the highest standards.

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. Replenish amenities according to the operational standards. Ensure regular upkeep of all housekeeping equipment and report any maintenance issues timely. Organize and store cleaning chemicals and supplies in an orderly manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services. Respond to guest queries and requests promptly and courteously. Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper. Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Customer-oriented and friendly approach. Physical endurance to cover a large space. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
