As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, pool/fitness area, and meeting spaces. Assist housekeeping staff with delivering linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and common areas. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure all storage closets and carts are stocked, organized, and clean. Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to appropriate personnel for timely resolution. Collaborate with team members to support efficient daily operations and special projects as needed. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a hospitality or cleaning role is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude. Physical ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
