Job Description
Overview We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, experienced Hotel- Resort Part-Time Housekeeper who excels at managing daily time targets. This role requires a strong sense of urgency to balance timely guest room turnovers with the continuous upkeep of our public spaces. You will play a critical role in maintaining our resort's visual standards, ensuring both private guest rooms and common areas are pristine and ready on schedule. Shifts Morning/Afternoon - Hours between 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Flexible hours, variable days and weekends. You must be flexible to work any shifts due to business needs. Weekends are required. Afternoon/Evening - Hours between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Flexible hours, variable days, evenings and weekends. You must be flexible to work any shifts due to business needs. Weekends are required. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed. Manage custodial tasks such as dusting furniture, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests and ensuring their comfort during their stay. Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly while following all health regulations. Requirements Must have 1-2 years of Professional paid Hotel-Resort Housekeeping experience. Must have a valid driver's license to be able to drive company vehicles. Previous experience in housekeeping is required; experience in Hotel-Resort cleaning is a must. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
