Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and appropriate maintenance to preserve flooring quality Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Support custodial tasks such as waste removal, replenishing supplies, and general upkeep to uphold cleanliness standards Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' or guests' requests promptly and professionally Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory management and scheduling support Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and floor care procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment operation Prior experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus Ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a tangible difference every day!
