In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and providing a welcoming environment for residents, guests, or clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to ensure a polished appearance. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a safe and healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident or guest requests promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Experience with housekeeping Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance.
