Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to maintain high standards of hygiene. Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously. Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, stairwells, and entryways in multi-unit buildings or complexes. Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for clients and team members. Assist with house management tasks such as light cooking or meal prep if required, ensuring client satisfaction. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable. Experience with hotel housekeeping or house management roles provides valuable skills applicable to this position. Familiarity with cleaning tools and products, including carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and sanitation supplies. Proven ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Experience in laundry services or housekeeper management roles is a plus.
