5/4/2026 A private household in Franklin Lakes, NJ is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the home to a high standard. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, discreet, highly organized, and able to work independently without needing constant direction. These a dog in the home.

Main Work Duties:

Perform daily general housekeeping and maintain the home in a clean, organized, and well-presented condition Clean and refresh kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Handle household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing as needed, and putting laundry away properly Organize closets, pantries, kitchen areas, bathrooms, drawers, and other household spaces Assist with household projects, organization tasks, and seasonal upkeep as needed Keep household items and supplies neat, stocked, and in their proper places Notice what needs attention and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently Assist with light meal preparation at times Maintain discretion and respect the family's privacy at all times

Required Qualities:

Prior private household housekeeping experience preferred Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet Strong attention to detail Highly organized and proactive Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision Comfortable taking direction and following household preferences Able to identify what needs to be done and complete tasks thoroughly Professional, respectful, and dependable

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ solid years of housekeeping experience in a high net worth private home. Excellent references from both current and previous employers. Ability to work independently. Must speak and be able to communicate well in English. Authorized to work in the United States for any employer. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
