Follows specific cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally) as outlined by the Director of Housekeeping Performs heavy duty hard surface floor care which includes, but is not limited to, dry and wet mopping, stripping, waxing, applying floor finish, and buffing Provides carpet shampooing as well as applicable upholstered furniture cleaning Cleans and sanitizes dining room tables and chairs Performs wall washing Cleans and sanitizes wheelchairs, Geri chairs, and walker equipment as per schedule Performs housekeeping and floor care projects as assigned and not necessarily limited to this facilitys complex Assures that all entranceways are clean, neat and orderly, and maintained Uses correct signage and safety precautions while working in patient areas and highly trafficked walkways
