Job Description
The Hospitality Aide functions in compliance with facilities policy and procedures by demonstrating ability to recognize and appropriately respond to situations and issues that require communications or interaction with other departments. Willing to become certified home health aide, we will pay for certification. Essential Job Functions (List in order of importance): 1. Performs varied tasks in order to maintain orderly, sanitary and attractive environment of care within the facility such as making beds, maintaining clean and clutter free room. Demonstrates ability to assist staff as needed. 2. Assists with Recreation Programs. Transports residents within the facility and assist with the activity when needed. 3. Shares information, ideas and personal skills with other team members in the department and facility. Asks if other team members need help. 4. Delivers the highest level of service to all residents, families and visitors. 5. Handles special projects and rush assignments as needed, in a timely manner. 6. Ensures that residents' personal needs are provided for with an emphasis on quality, compassion and timeliness. 8. Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe and pleasant manner. 8. Promotes dignity, respect and independence of community members. We will train the right candidate!
