Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, using eco-friendly cleaning products Maintain high standards of sanitation and floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with attention to detail Ensure all surfaces are sanitized properly, adhering to health and safety guidelines Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns Manage your own schedule efficiently while maintaining punctuality and reliability Use janitorial and custodial techniques to ensure comprehensive cleanliness in every assignment Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work, with a strong understanding of sanitation protocols Familiarity with floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and general housekeeping management Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and respect for client privacy Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices Experience in laundry services and hotel housekeeping is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficientlyReliable transportation required. Payment via Zelle same day after each completed job. Contractors receive 40% of each job total.
