Duties Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and communal areas using proper cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain high standards of sanitation and environmental services by adhering to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in resident rooms and shared spaces Follow established janitorial and custodial procedures to ensure a hygienic environment at all times Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleans as scheduled or needed for infection control purposes Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe living environment for residents Requirements Prior experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or environmental services is highly desirable Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to cleaning and sanitation practices Familiarity with hospital or healthcare facility cleaning protocols is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures accurately Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing exceptional cleanliness and comfort in a supportive assisted living community.
