Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitization to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special projects or additional duties as assigned by housekeeping management. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
