Job Description

Hey NJ Cleaners! Refined Services Group is expanding, we're hiring independent house cleaners (solo or teams) in Essex, Union, Hudson, and nearby counties. This is a 1099 contractor role. We're hunting for A-level cleaners to join our squad. Only the BEST , with an eagle eye for detail. If you're punctual, a great communicator, and treat customers like gold, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:
  • Deep clean homes (routine, move-in/out, etc.)
  • Show up on time, ready to impress
  • Deliver 5-star service, every time
  • Navigate across service areas
  • track miles, stay efficient
You Need:
  • Good attitude
  • Fluent in Eglish
  • 3+ years pro cleaning experience (no side hustlers)
  • Your own car, valid NJ license
  • Full cleaning kit: vacuum, mop, duster, cloths, etc.
  • Willing to travel around Northern / Central NJ, 25 mile radius from your location
  • Comfortable as a 1099 contractor
