What You'll Do Clean homes, salons, and commercial spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas Handle bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces Window cleaning (training provided) Maintain equipment and restock supplies Work efficiently and stay on schedule What I'm Looking For Shows up on time — no excuses Good attitude, no drama Can work independently and move fast Strong attention to detail Physically able to handle the work (standing, bending, lifting) Has transportation (preferred — we work all over North NJ) Pay & Growth $18-$25/hour based on performance More hours available as we grow Opportunity to take on more responsibility over time
