Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols. Manage janitorial responsibilities like restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and maintaining cleaning tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while ensuring their space exceeds expectations. Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations during all cleaning activities. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with knowledge of janitorial practices. Familiarity with sanitation standards essential for maintaining hygienic spaces in hospitality or healthcare settings. Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while handling delicate fabrics with care. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Prior experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety protocols is highly desirable.
