Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and linens are spotless. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to keep surfaces pristine and safe. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow established protocols for janitorial and industrial cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards. Manage custodial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address special requests promptly. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues immediately. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning. Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred for understanding guest service standards. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals used in large-scale sanitation tasks. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
