Housekeeping Attendant

Esplanade Suites, a Sundance Vacations resort, is hiring for Housekeeping positions. Resort Housekeepers perform many combinations of tasks relating to the cleaning and maintenance of resort rooms, lobby and common spaces. A general knowledge of the resort is important, as well as a friendly attitude when in contact with the guest and in working on a team. We are looking to add to our amazing team! Will you join us?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleans resort units to include sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms Maintains and adheres to housekeeping detail standards The restocking and replenishing of supplies such as paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, etc. Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, making beds, cleaning windows and any other housekeeping duties. Understand procedures and policies of the resort. Providing information and assistance to guests as requested. Observe precautions required to protect resort and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carry linens. Maintain positive customer and associate relationships by responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. Full-time hours are available. Hours may vary and are flexible, but you must be able to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Experience and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 1 year of Housekeeping or general cleaning experience required. Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel

Pay:

$17.00 per hour
