Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout guest rooms and public areas. Your dedication will directly enhance the guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor cleanliness. Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and other supplies to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal, dusting, and surface cleaning to uphold hygiene standards. Use industrial cleaning equipment when necessary to maintain large or heavily trafficked areas. Follow safety procedures during cleaning processes to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests. Collaborate with housekeeping management to report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet extraction. Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service expectations. Ability to operate industrial cleaning tools safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness across all areas. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management. Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team.
