Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeping Worker and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained to meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of our guests, patients, or residents. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, or facility spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal Sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards for safety and health regulations Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Care for floors through specialized techniques such as buffing, waxing, stripping, or carpet cleaning to ensure a polished appearance Follow established protocols for environmental services and janitorial procedures to promote sanitation and infection control Restock supplies such as paper products, soaps, and cleaning materials while adhering to safety guidelines Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment for all occupants Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, or hospitality environments is a plus Familiarity with environmental services procedures and commercial cleaning techniques Experience with floor care equipment and methods for maintaining various flooring types Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Join us in creating a pristine environment where safety meets excellence!
