Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping / Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are valued. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain cleanliness throughout the property Ensure all public areas, hallways, and common spaces are kept tidy and presentable Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and custodial procedures Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation, safety, and guest privacy Maintain a professional appearance and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff

Efficiently cleaning rooms within set timeframes.
Flexibility:
Work schedules vary with hotel occupancy. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial services, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning is highly desirable Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles can be advantageous Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position requires a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards that contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
