Operate floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers to maintain pristine flooring surfaces. Conduct janitorial duties like restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and surface disinfection to uphold health standards. Assist with custodial responsibilities in residential or industrial settings when required. Support facilities maintenance activities such as light repairs, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Execute porter duties including moving furniture or equipment and supporting setup for events or meetings. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality and compliance. Post-up construction experience is required but not necessary (we can train) Flexibility is necessary for this job. Must be comfortable with commuting to different areas. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly.
