House Cleaner

Job Summary We are a new company in the area! We service Carson city, Douglass county, Lyon County, Storey County, Churchill County, and Mineral County. We are looking for a cleaner to join our team as our business grows! This role is perfect for someone who cares about delivering exceptional residential cleaning services that exceed expectations, ensuring every space is spotless, sanitized, and beautifully maintained! Your attention to detail matters! We need someone who is trust worthy, patient, and can communicate well as we grow our business! Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care and sanitation to maintain high hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Manage kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing appliances, counters, and dishes Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning preferences and needs Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly preferred Familiarity with household cleaning practices is preferred. Hands-on experience with floor care techniques such as mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning is desirable Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals Customer service skills that demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness to client needs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality The job is sporadic as we grow our business, we offer 17 an hr with client referral bonuses. You need your own vehicle! We provide the cleaning supplies and mileage reimbursement. We are a marijuana friendly business.
