POSITION SUMMARY

The Housekeeper is responsible for proper cleaning and sanitizing all club facilities and laundry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dusts rooms and furniture, clean bathrooms, vacuums carpets and mops floors, and washes inside and outside of windows. Loads and operates washers and dryers. Presses linen immediately after drying. Folds and stores linens by type. Takes linen inventory periodically and reports shortages. Ensures sufficient supplies of linen and uniforms. Maintains control of employees' uniforms. Approach all encounters with members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner. Always conduct business for the Club as an ambassador of Clear Creek Tahoe - with integrity and in a professional manner. Respect all members' privacy, perspective, priorities, time, and resources. Keep fiscal responsibility and member satisfaction in mind when making all decisions. Take part in keeping Clear Creek Tahoe clean and litter free. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility; take ownership in the Club. Attend meetings as required by management. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
