ATTRACTIONS HOUSEKEEPER

(Arcade, Bowling Facilities, Dining, Billiards, Esports) We are seeking an experienced housekeeper responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance throughout the entertainment facility. The housekeeper will also support a positive guest experience by maintaining a visible presence, assisting guests with questions as needed.

DAILY TASKS

Carry out routine maintenance throughout the venue, including trash removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, replacing light bulbs, etc. to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Adhere to all safety recommendations and operational guidelines to maintain a secure environment for guests and team members. Perform both daily and deep cleaning of the restaurant, arcade, restrooms, floors and exterior grounds to uphold sanitation and presentation standards. Empty all trash receptables promptly and dispose of waste in accordance with company regulations. Collaborate with the management team to identify, prioritize and address maintenance needs inside and outside of the venue. Immediately report equipment malfunctions, breakage or supply-impacting issues that could disrupt service or guest experience. Use, storage and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly, following all safety procedures. Notify management when supplies need replenishment. Maintain full compliance with company policies, procedures and all applicable health, safety and legal standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support smooth, efficient and guest-focused venue operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Previous experience with upkeep, cleanliness and operational readiness of a high-energy entertainment environment. Availability to work during days, evenings, weekends and other peak business periods as needed. Ability to remain focused, organized and efficient while working in a busy, noisy kitchen setting with frequent distractions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Capable of reading and writing clear, legible handwritten notes. Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds safely. Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully and appropriately to support a positive, inclusive and comfortable workplace for all team members.
