Vacation Rental (Turnover Specialist) LussoStay Reno, NV Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Attention to detail Adaptability Hospitality housekeeping Proactiveness Professionalism Time management Full Job Description Job Overview You'll be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing vacation homes between guest stays, ensuring each property meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your efforts will directly contribute to memorable guest experiences and positive reviews, making every stay exceptional. Core Turnover Responsibilities Perform standard departure cleans on short-term rental properties between guest stays Complete full interior cleaning: kitchen deep clean, all bathrooms sanitized, bedrooms staged, living areas dusted, all floors swept/mopped/vacuumed Strip and swap linens with pre-laundered sets from your turnover bins (no on-site laundry)—bag soiled linens and return to storage facility Restock all guest essentials per the property-specific checklist (toiletries, coffee station, TP, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, first aid) Stage each room per the property photo guide (bed presentation, towel display, coffee station, living room, dining table, bathroom amenities) Clean outdoor areas: patio/deck sweep, furniture wipe and arrange, walkway and steps clear Qualifications Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleaning techniques across various surfaces and materials. Experience with laundry operations and floor care methods including carpet cleaning is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently. Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with guests and team members alike. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
