Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Houseman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clients' environments by performing a variety of custodial and janitorial tasks. Your proactive approach will ensure spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming for all visitors and staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold high standards of cleanliness. Assist with general housekeeping duties to support overall facility maintenance and appearance. Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment. Support hospitality efforts by ensuring guest areas are tidy and presentable at all times. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and uphold quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively.
