Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment. Maintain cleanliness of all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution. Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe workspace for yourself and colleagues. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and guest amenities to ensure availability at all times. Adhere to hotel policies and standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service excellence. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface sanitation. Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality standards is highly desirable. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting (min 25 lbs), and moving throughout shifts.
