Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that laundry and cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, contributing to an exceptional experience for everyone. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facility spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens, towels, and clothing items Handle dry cleaning tasks when applicable, ensuring delicate fabrics are treated with care Maintain cleanliness of laundry equipment and supplies, restocking as needed for smooth daily operations Follow established safety protocols during cleaning and laundry procedures to ensure a safe working environment Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents Respond promptly to special requests or urgent cleaning needs to uphold high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred; hotel experience is a plus Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, stain removal, and dry cleaning processes Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization Ability to operate laundry machines and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset ready to contribute to a welcoming environment Join us in creating a spotless space where comfort and cleanliness are at the forefront!
