About the Opportunity Paige's Cleaning Services is looking for friendly, reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to join our cleaning team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role (not W-2 employment). Contractors run their own independent business, manage their own taxes and insurance, and determine how cleaning work is completed within agreed service standards. We offer recurring residential clients based on reliability, availability, and quality of work. Availability We're looking for contractors generally available 2-4 days per week. Most clients prefer early morning start times, so flexibility in morning availability is helpful. Days are chosen by you based on your own schedule, with recurring clients scheduled consistently. What You'll Need Reliable transportation (up to 45 min travel) Ability to complete physical cleaning for 4-7 hours per job Detail-oriented, professional attitude Comfort working in homes with pets 1-2 professional references General liability insurance (required) Ability to use Venmo for payment Ability to use Google Calendar Completion of onboarding paperwork (W-9 + Independent Contractor Agreement) Cleaning experience is preferred but not required for motivated, teachable applicants.
