Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces. Perform floor care tasks such as polishing hardwood floors or deep cleaning carpets to uphold a pristine environment. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety. Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial supplies and industrial cleaning equipment. Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques and floor care across various surfaces. Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles enhances guest interactions. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial tasks is a plus. Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles can be advantageous for career growth within the team.
