Job Description
House Cleaner (Residential & Commercial) Our office is within 15 -20 minutes of: Danbury, CT Carmel, NY Brewster, NY (Office location is in Brewster) Pawling, NY Patterson, NY New Fairfield, CT About the Role We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity for you. This position involves cleaning both residential homes and commercial spaces while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high sanitation standards. What You'll Do Perform general cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting Clean kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly Remove grime, grease, and hard water stains Provide floor care (carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance) Handle laundry tasks (wash, dry, fold, organize) Maintain cleaning supplies and report inventory needs Follow safety procedures and proper cleaning techniques Communicate with clients about their cleaning preferences Types of Cleaning Regular Cleaning Deep Cleaning Office Cleaning Hotel Cleaning Requirements Valid driver's license or permit Spanish speaking preferred Reliable and dependable Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Able to stand for extended periods Preferred Experience Residential or commercial cleaning experience Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning techniques Floor care experience (carpet & hard floors) Hospitality or housekeeping experience (a plus) Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Benefits & Perks Company vehicle & gas card Flexible schedule Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays End-of-year bonus Choice of 401k Opportunities for advancement Join Our Team If you're hardworking, reliable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
